Reconciliation

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and transaction identifiers so payments can be matched to your submission.

No refunds

Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in definitive written terms for a specific transaction, all payments may be final and non-refundable.

You acknowledge that private securities, digital assets, and related projects involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of all funds. Risks include volatility, illiquidity, regulatory changes, cybersecurity incidents, software vulnerabilities, and operational delays. Real-estate strategies can underperform, experience vacancies, incur unexpected expenses, or face regulatory restrictions.
