If authorized under offering documents, distributions may be made pro-rata by token snapshot, in USDC or fiat. No specific amount, timing, or frequency is guaranteed.
Token transfers are restricted on-chain to verified, whitelisted investors (ERC-3643). No secondary market, exchange listing, or liquidity event is guaranteed.
